TIP Tax (Transfer of immoveable property Tax)

• On Transfer of immovable property, TIP Tax is charged at the rate of 5% of the consideration value of the property as per approved DC Rates.

Concession in payment of TIP Tax

• No TIP Tax is charged on transfer of immovable property in case of gift deeds only from parents to their children.
